If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept your returns for exchanges within 14 days for Domestic orders and 21 days for orders outside of the United States. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost and we will send back new item at no extra cost.

To begin the process, send a return request email to and include: Your Name and Order # and Reason for Return/Exchange. If exchanging a new item size needed.

If the item is damaged please send a photo of the damaged item.

We will respond with an approval of return within two business days including a return address.

Please complete the Return Form in its entirety with the same information. Package items with form and mail to the address provided in the email.

Items must be returned in its original condition with tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

Once returned Customer will be contacted where they will speak to an agent who will assist in identifying an item to be exchanged.


If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or color, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us with any photos of the item and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will endeavour to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you the full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.

When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.
